Magik Studios brings a fresh, creative, and modern touch to announcing your private parties and special events.
Advance Notice
We kindly ask that you provide us with at least a couple of weeks' notice.
Getting Started
Simply reach out to us and request an enrollment form to begin. We will then design a personalized invitation page, accessible via a secure link and your unique login credentials.
Sending Invitations
Once your invitation site is ready, we will send you the link. You can choose to display a nickname, stage name, alias, or the person's proper name on the page—whatever you prefer.
Share the link with your guests through email or text message. Your privacy is always our priority. Guests receiving the link can easily access the page, fill out the RSVP form, and you will automatically receive an email with all the response details, including family name, attendance status, and the number of guests attending.
Security and Personalization
Every invitation is protected by both a username and password, which you set, ensuring that only your invited guests can view your event information. You can personalize the wording of both the invitation and RSVP form to match your style and needs.
Helpful Tips for Party Planners

• Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders for guest confirmation emails, as they can sometimes end up there unexpectedly. Occasionally, email systems may delay message delivery.
• About one week before your event, consider sending a reminder text or email to guests to confirm their attendance. This step can help manage your event costs efficiently.
